The PVP Esports Community Championships 2020 is a multi-title tournament in Asia-Pacific launched by Singtel Group to level-up gaming communities across the Asia-Pacific region. The Community Championships consist of the PVP Esports Corporate Championship and the PVP Esports Campus Championship and will span across two Seasons in 2020. In Season 1, the Corporate Championship will feature Dota 2, Mobile Legends: Bang Bang and PUBG Mobile. The Campus Championship will feature Mobile Legends: Bang Bang. Teams will compete during local qualifiers in Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand and Philippines. Winning teams from each country will head towards Indonesia Games Championship 2020 in Season 1.


PvP E-Sports

General Rules

  • The PVP Esports Community Championship organizers (referred to as ‘tournament organizers’ in the remainder of this document) have the right to decide outside or even against the rulebook in special cases to guarantee fair play.
  • All players must comply with the rules set by the tournament organizers. Failure to do so can result in disqualification and/or ban for future tournaments.
  • Every participant must behave respectfully towards the representatives of the PVP Esports organizers, press, viewers, partners and other players. This applies to in-game behaviour and in chat, messages, comments and other media.
  • Participants must follow the tournament schedule determined by the tournament admins and all tournament schedules will be communicated to participants by the tournament admins.
  • Every match of this competition must be played according to the rules until all games are completed and the results of these games will be published by the organizer.
  • Any attempt to deceive tournament organizers or other players with false, incomplete or incorrect information can result in disqualification and/or ban from future tournaments.
  • All forms of cheating in PVP Esports Community matches are prohibited and will be penalized.
  • Any players participating in the PVP Esports Community Championships must use the same account(s) they registered with to play in the tournaments and the name of the account must not be changed. The tournament organizers reserve the right to ask the players for their identification documents at any time.
  • Team names and logos must comply with the overall tournament rules (e.g. no vulgar names, political or inappropriate names) and the tournament organizer reserves the right to change any names or logos deemed unfit for the PVP Esports Community Championships.
  • Any dispute may be directed to the tournament admins through the tournament’s communication platform. Credible evidence must be presented for the tournament admins to entertain the issue.
  • Internet connection for all online competition is the participant’s personal responsibility. The organizers will not be held liable for any issues that arise from a participant’s internet connection.
  • Any changes to player roster or team names must be reported seven (7) days before the competition and the changes can only be made once.
  • Any unreported changes can result in disqualification and/or ban from future tournaments run the organizer.
  • Participating players are expected to be available for the entire period of the tournament as required by the tournament organizers. This includes but is not limited to coming early (a day if necessary) to prepare and rehearse for the event if the competition is at a selected venue.
  • Players must report (online / venue of event) fifteen (15) minutes prior to the commencement of their respective matches. Any delay may result in a walkover or disqualification.
  • The team captain’s contact details will be used to receive further instructions for the tournament.

  • All participants must consent to be part of any promotional activities and video recordings by the tournament organizers and its partners/sponsors.
  • Winning teams that qualify from the respective country qualifiers may be required to wear the team jerseys provided by the tournament organizers during the Regional Finals.
